We are located at the beautiful Yellow River Estuary in the "Oil City"- Dongying, Shandong. Our company covers an area of 500 acres. A total construction area is 2,100,000 square meters; total investment funds reach 1.06 billion Yuan. We are mainly engaged in the production and sales of oil, gas and non-excavation drill strings. Our products mainly include drill pipes, tubing, casing, drill collars, heavy weight drill pipes, Kelly parts and other parts. Our company uses international advanced manufacturing facilities and production technologies. We have one advanced pipe-end upset line; one pipe heat treatment line; two friction welding lines with two sets of inertia friction welding machines made by MTI; one tubing and casing production line; one drill collar production line. The annual output reaches 50,000 tons of drill pipes, 5,000 pieces of collars and more than 100,000 tons of oil well pipes. We are strictly in accordance with the requirements of API Q1 Quality Management System, and strictly control the product quality. We establish control systems of raw material incoming inspection control, production process flow control, product parameter control, and semi-finished and finished product transfer control. We have been equipped with the most advanced automatic ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, and magnetic flux leakage testing equipment. Our physical chemistry laboratory has a complete set of physical and chemical quality testing equipment, including tensile testing machines, hardness testing machines, impact testing machines, and imported metallographic analysis inspection machines for chemical composition. We set a special R&D center in our company and have strong teams with dozens of senior engineers, general engineers, senior technicians and many skilled workers. Our experts focus their efforts on R&D of product performance and new material to make products more resistant to torsion and sulfur.
